In this video, l address the double standards, correct several false claims — including the idea that YouTube makes fair use determinations (it doesn’t — only courts do) — and respond to the narrative being pushed to viewers.
Context matters.
Cherry-picked clips don’t tell the full story, especially when months of harassment and abuse are ignored to create a misleading impression. Even more concerning, the same conduct now being criticized publicly appears to have occurred privately by the very person making the accusations.
This isn’t about drama.
It’s about accuracy, accountability, and making sure viewers understand what is actually happening — legally and factually.
