I Don’t Answer Questions: Library Calls Cops & Learns the Law

Wichita Audits lawfully records inside a public library and politely declines to provide his name or explain why he’s taking pictures. Instead of respecting his rights, library staff escalate the situation, accuse him of being rude, and call the police.

When the officer arrives, he struggles to identify any law being broken and ultimately has to consult a supervisor. In the end, the law is clarified: recording in the library is legal, and no one has the authority to stop it.
